Shuttle Information
We take great pride in providing the very best
shuttle service. We use only mature, responsible
drivers with many years' experience driving Idaho's
river and mountain roads. Our drivers do a
very good job (gratuities appreciated), and most of
them have been with us for over ten
years. Please make your
shuttle arrangements as early as possible. For
additional information, please call (208) 756-3958.
Shuttling
your vehicles in Idaho's river country takes them on
highways that are subject to rock slides, and over
rocky dirt roads along the rivers. Please be
sure that your vehicle and trailer tires, and their
spares, are in good condition.
In
addition, our schedule is such that we frequently
begin our shuttles before sunrise and, many times,
our shuttles end after sunset. To be safe and
legal, for night driving especially, it is important
that trailer lights work properly.
The
following need to be arranged/completed prior to
shuttling your vehicle:
-
Payment, which may be by cash, check, Visa,
MasterCard, or Discover.
-
Fuel deposit, which may be made
by cash (preferred), check, Visa, MasterCard, or
Discover.
-
Keys for ignition, door, spare
tire, trailer, and gas cap.
-
Description of vehicles
including make, model, color, and license plate
number and state.
-
At least one spare tire
and working lights for each trailer.
-
A completed shuttle form.
Online Version of
Shuttle Request Form (Complete and submit online
prior to your shuttle.)
Hardcopy of Shuttle Request
Form (Print, complete, and send by fax or snail mail prior to your shuttle.)
**Upon completion of your shuttle,
we will lock your keys in your vehicle unless other
arrangements are made. You will need to take a
spare set with you.
**If your fuel deposit is made with
cash (preferred), we will leave the receipts and
change in your vehicle. If your fuel deposit
is made by check or credit card, fuel receipts and
refunds will be mailed to you.
